You’ll complete a plan of how to bounce back from adversity, trauma, and stress, no matter the source. You’ll also discover your emotional triggers and how to control them.
Each one of us is derailed by adversity at some point in our lives.
Any number of events can be overwhelming and terrifying to confront.
Some people are better able to bounce back while others struggle, with higher incidences of depression, anxiety, and long-term stress.
Resilience is like a muscle that will grow with exercise – even those of us who are highly sensitive can develop extreme resilience.
Over the course of three sessions I will take you through powerful techniques for changing the way you react to adversity. With practice, you’ll find it easier to bounce back from life’s setbacks and get back on track. Additional sessions can be booked as required.
