U.Be.U coaching differs from other similar courses in that you will see an immediate return on your investment. You’ll be able to measure your front line leaders’ progress through short, but effective assignments. Staff will find these challenging, but rewarding.
By the end of the programme, each person will be able to:
Identify problem situations and remedy them before they escalate.
Navigate and resolve disciplinary discussions effectively.
Foster an open, honest, and respectful work environment.
Communicate assertively without being overbearing.
Avoid common conversation ‘traps’.
