U.Be.U coaching differs from other similar courses in that you will see an immediate return on your investment. You’ll be able to measure your front line leaders’ progress through short, but effective assignments. Staff will find these challenging, but rewarding.
By the end of the programme, each person will be able to:
How they can make a positive difference in a short time
Communicate the importance of coaching
Identify and eliminate barriers to effective communication
Demonstrate active listening and interviewing techniques
Formulate effective coaching questions
Identify the difference between formal and informal coaching
Create a plan to apply these skills – including a coaching plan for any direct report
Details
2 four hour sessions plus a short daily assignment for 6 weeks. This programme will be run on site (client or yours).
